Job Summary:
At Proventus Global, we are committed to driving sustainable energy solutions. In the role of Senior Electrical Engineer (Microgrid), you will be essential to this commitment. This position calls for a seasoned Professional Engineer who is adept in design of electrical system, namely microgrid control systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and improvement of microgrid controllers for our innovative power solutions, driving the technical direction of our products.
Design, conduct and analyze system-level testing, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of systems to ensure optimal product functionality and efficiency.
Employ structured and proactive approaches to problem-solving, anticipating potential issues and mitigating them in the early stages.
Join forces with the R&D team on current and future developments, contributing your insights to help shape our strategic direction and product evolution.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field. A Ph.D. would be considered an added advantage.
Significant experience in PLC software, response controller embedded software, and system-level testing.
Strong portfolio or track record demonstrating structured and proactive problem-solving, particularly in a complex, high-stakes environment.
Exceptional communication skills that facilitate clear and concise information exchange within a team and across different departments or stakeholders.
Proficiency in collaborative teamwork, project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
