Job Summary:
Proventus Global, a trailblazer in sustainable and innovative energy solutions, invites applications for an experienced Product Designer with a solid background in electronics and hardware design. This position presents a unique opportunity for seasoned professionals eager to aid in the expansion and advancement of our energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design of high voltage electronics and DC equipment, inclusive of energy storage systems and DC Fast chargers.
Champion the development and enhancement of controllers for our novel power solutions, guiding the technical trajectory of our product line.
Design, implement, and analyze system-level testing, relying on your expansive knowledge of electronic systems to enhance product function and efficiency.
Use structured, proactive problem-solving approaches to identify and address potential issues early on in the design process.
Collaborate efficiently with the R&D team on present and future projects, utilizing your expertise to navigate our strategic path and product development.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Design or a related field. A Ph.D. would be highly valued.
Extensive experience with electronic systems and hardware design.
Proficiency in CAD software, controller software, and system-level testing.
A compelling portfolio showcasing structured and proactive problem-solving, preferably within a challenging, high-stakes context.
Stellar communication skills that ensure transparent and effective information flow within teams and across different departments or stakeholders.
A prowess for collaborative teamwork, robust project management skills, and the capacity to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
